VendorGuard
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for accessing and using the VendorGuard vendor security and risk management platform.

VendorGuard provides tools for managing third-party vendor security assessments, security findings, remediation activities, risk decisions and vendor risk reports.
By accessing or using VendorGuard, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity carried out through their account.
Access to VendorGuard features may depend on the role assigned to a user within an organisation, such as Owner, Admin or Member.
Users must not attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or obtain unauthorised access to VendorGuard systems.
Organisations are responsible for ensuring that information entered into VendorGuard is collected, processed and used lawfully and that users have appropriate authority to manage vendor and security information on their behalf.
Organisation Owners and Admins are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their VendorGuard workspace.
VendorGuard assists organisations with recording and managing security assessment information. Scores, findings, risk levels, remediation information and reports produced through the platform are intended to support risk management activities.
VendorGuard does not guarantee that an assessment will identify every security vulnerability, weakness or risk associated with a vendor.
Organisations remain responsible for their own security, procurement, compliance and risk-management decisions.
VendorGuard must not be used to carry out unlawful activity, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, probe or attack systems without authorisation, misuse another user's account or deliberately interfere with platform security.
Access may be restricted where necessary to protect VendorGuard, its users or the security and integrity of the service.
VendorGuard may be updated, modified or temporarily unavailable while maintenance, security improvements or service changes are carried out.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Personal information processed through VendorGuard is handled in accordance with the VendorGuard Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Users and organisations are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to upload and process information through the platform.

Organisations retain responsibility for and rights in information they submit to the platform, subject to the permissions required to operate and provide the VendorGuard service.
Access to VendorGuard may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are materially breached, where continued access creates a security risk, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
These Terms may be updated as VendorGuard develops or when legal, security or operational requirements change. The latest version will be made available through the VendorGuard platform.
